Ken Heath has worked as a legal professional since 1996, almost all of it in the provincial offences courts of Toronto and the GTA. He has stood up for commuters, new drivers, truckers, couriers and ride-share drivers. Many of them came close to paying a ticket that would have cost them far more than the fine.
His approach is simple. Read the ticket closely, get the disclosure, find the weakness, and give clients an honest answer about their options. He tells you when a fight is worth it and when it isn't.
Ken studied at Concordia University and is licensed as a paralegal by the Law Society of Ontario. One or two personal lines from Ken: background, community, why he does this work
